Other Matters of Interest

1. The State requires an LLC Business Annual Report. Not much
Xi paperwork involved and it was files online to the Secretary of State's
Xi office. The filing fee was $10.00.

2. The Montana Land Reliance requires an annual visit to the
Xi Homestead for the purpose of monitoring activities on the property
Xi This visit usually takes two or three hours. Our current MLR Land
Xi Steward is Michael Downey. He works out of the Helena office at 324
Xi Fuller Ave.

3. The State Legislature passed a bill requiring a Water Rights Fee of
Xi $20.00 for wach water right. Our expense was $40.00 which includes
Xi the well and the spring.

Annual LLC Meeting: We will plan to meet at 2PM, Saturday the 23rd
of June during the reunion.
